Save Water

Water Pollution hence crisis of water... A major problem which we are facing today. Friends, there are thousands of examples today of crisis of water, such as Drought, Famine, Scarcity of Water etc. 

But, still why don't we follow just two simple words- "SAVE WATER" 

Why don't we stop wasting water ?

Why don't we stop polluting water ?

Why don't we start conserving water ?    

Why don't we start Rain water harvesting ?

The answer of all these complicated questions is just one---- We are not aware. We waste the water and calmly sleep.... Wake up friends!!! and save water for the future !!!... using water wisely is not as complicated as it seems to be. 

WATER! a very simple word, but the whole cycle of earth is dependent only on this 'Five letter word'.

The act of using water wisely should be started from our homes. We do and others will follow... We take a step ahead and others will do the same. So start conserving water... if  we determine to save water we can surely succeed in our mission.

Our school conducted a Poster making competition to spread the importance of saving water. There was an active participation from all the students. I had also taken part in this competition and secured First prize. Here is the poster which I had created for the competition :

Today I had my English exam and it was fantastic... As I am engaged in my exams, I forgot to share a very important news....

There was "English Declamation Competition" held on 30th August in my school... The topic for the competition was- Famous personalities... it means, that the participants had to dressed up in the costume of the famous personality they admire the most and speak a short speech given by that person.... 

I had been selected and participated as "Swami Vivekanand"... I delivered the opening speech given by him at Chicago...

I'm overwhelmed to share the news that the First position in this competition was secured by 'ME'...

Let's have a glimpse on the day of the English Declamation....

पता है दोस्तों, पिछली बार यही Competition हिन्दी डिपार्टमेंट में हुआ था तब मैंने माँ सीता का किरदार निभाया था और उस बार मुझे "द्वितीय" पुरस्कार मिला था... मुझे माँ सीता की वेश-भूषा में आना था... और मैंने अशोक वाटिका में हनुमान को अपनी चूड़ामणि देते समय माँ सीता द्वारा कहे गए संवाद बोले थे...

दोस्तों, आज के लिए बस इतना ही.... मैं जल्द ही आप सबके सामने दोबारा हाज़िर होउंगी... कुछ नयी और कुछ पुरानी ड्राइंग्स का पिटारा लेकर....

मित्रों, सबसे पहले बहुत सारा ''SORRY!!'' ( इतने दिनों तक आप सबसे दूर रहने के लिये).... मेरे 2nd Unit Test प्रारंभ हो गए हैं और इसलिए आज-कल मैं उसमें बिज़ी हूँ.... लेकिन आज मैंने आप सबसे बातें करने के लिए थोड़ा सा वक़्त निकाल ही लिया... "5 सितम्बर" का दिन हम विद्यार्थियों के लिए बहुत विशेष होता है.... ये वो दिन होता है जब हमें अपने टीचर्स के प्रति अपने प्यार और सम्मान को विशेष रूप से व्यक्त करने का मौका मिलता है... इस दिन को मनाने की शुरुआत कैसे हुई आइये जानते हैं.... 

हमारे देश के द्वितीय राष्ट्रपति- डॉ.  सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन अपना जन्मदिन नहीं मनाया करते थे...एक बार उनके कुछ मित्रों और विद्यार्थियों ने उनसे उनका जन्मदिन मनाने की इजाज़त माँगी तो राधाकृष्णन ने कहा कि उनका जन्मदिन अलग से मनाने की बजाय यदि वे इस दिन (5 सितम्बर) को शिक्षक दिवस के रूप में मनाये तो उन्हें ज़्यादा खुशी होगी...और तभी से भारत में 5 सितम्बर को ''शिक्षक दिवस'' के रूप में मनाया जाने लगा...

हर बार तो इस दिन हमारी छुट्टियाँ रहती थीं लेकिन इस बार हमें स्कूल में इस दिन को सेलीब्रेट करने मौका मिल रहा है... इसलिए इस दिन के लिए हमने कुछ विशेष तैयारियां की हैं... हमारी क्लास के सारे बच्चों ने मिलकर टीचर्स के लिए कार्ड्स बनाये हैं और हमने अपनी टीचर्स के लिए एक सरप्राइज़ डांस भी तैयार किया है....
